The Kitchen is open to any tenant. That includes the fridge, microwave, etc. Plastic silverware is provided, along with cupboards for any food items you need to store. Lounge with pool table, TVs, & sitting areas.
Fitness Center -
All of our tenants have access to the gym area, including the bathrooms, showers, and lockers. Our Gym equipment includes: Stair Stepper, Free weights, Multi-faceted functional trainer with adjustable height, weights, with attachments, and Treadmills. There’s also a 75’ television at your disposal.
Outdoor Basketball & Pickleball Courts
Pickleball & Basketball courts are open to our tenants and don’t require booking. First come first served! Paddles and balls are provided and stored in the kitchen cupboards. Lockers and private showers available.
Open Work Spaces
Single and Pod style private office suites (to accommodate 1-20 people) Also includes private reserved parking spots with outdoor patios.
